We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and project-based support to our partner group.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and other events to optimize time for multiple partners.
- Project Management: Assist with various side projects, conducting research, preparing reports, and tracking progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Correspondence: Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence, memos, and legal documents.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings.
- Administrative Support: Handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for the executive group.
- Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact, managing and screening phone calls, emails, and correspondence for executives.
Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with executives, colleagues, and external partners.
- Organization & Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills are crucial for balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Discretion & Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Technical Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office equipment and applications.
- Proactiveness & Resourcefulness: Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and work independently.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges under pressure.
