- Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts/week (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)\n

- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,470 – $1,570\n
\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
- \n
- Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent ICU RN experience required\n
- Active Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state RN license at time of application\n
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS & ACLS certifications\n
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification\n
- One supervisory reference from an ICU manager, ANM, supervisor, or director\n
- Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation (2 attempts maximum)\n
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)\n
- Background check and fingerprinting required prior to start date\n

- Provide expert, compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit\n
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment\n
- Administer medications, manage ventilators, and perform advanced clinical procedures\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans\n
- Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery, and critical care best practices\n
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations\n
