Job Description HR Coordinator Kansas City, MO | Fully Onsite Full-Time | Contract| up to $25ph. LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a long-term client who is seeking a detail?oriented and organized Temporary HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations. This role will assist with administrative HR tasks, employee communications, and coordination of HR processes in a fast?paced environment. The ideal candidate is professional, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and system entries
- Maintain accurate employee records and confidential HR files Coordinate interviews, meetings, and HR?related scheduling
- Respond to employee inquiries and route questions appropriately
- Assist with benefits administration support and timekeeping documentation
- Support compliance initiatives, audits, and reporting as needed
- Prepare HR documents, reports, and correspondence
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous HR, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with HR systems or ATS platforms is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast?paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and highly organized
