The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a mix of phone communication and document processing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Phone Support:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Direct calls to appropriate team members and provide basic information to callers.
- Maintain a courteous and helpful demeanor at all times.
- Document Management:
- Scan and process deals accurately into the system.
- Ensure all scanned documents are properly filed and accessible.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
- Other Duties as Assigned
