Job Description Optometrist 
Serves a patient population ranging from pediatric to geriatric with a comprehensive array of professional Optometry services. These services encompass the assessment, diagnoses, treatment, and management of various conditions of the visual system. 
Minimum Education
<ul>
<li>Graduate of fully accredited college of optometry program (OD)</li>
</ul>
Minimum Work Experience
<ul>
<li>1-3 years of clinic experience preferred.</li>
</ul>
Required Licenses/Certifications
<ul>
<li>Licensed by National Board of Examiners in Optometry (NBEO)</li>
<li>Licensed in the State of Vermont.</li>
<li>BLS Certification through American Heart Association.</li>
</ul>
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
<ul>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills required to deal with patients from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.</li>
<li>Basic Microsoft desktop application and navigation skills.</li>
