Job DescriptionAn industry-leading organization is seeking an experienced OSM Construction Manager to oversee the execution of offsite manufacturing (OSM) projects. This role requires a strong leader with proven experience managing teams and subcontractors in complex construction environments. The position is 100% onsite in Amarillo, TX, offering excellent compensation, bonuses, and a full suite of benefits.What You’ll Do

Lead and coordinate OSM construction activities, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, budget, and schedule goals.

Oversee and mentor superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Serve as the key decision-maker for OSM scopes, providing technical direction and resolving challenges onsite.

Maintain close communication with clients, vendors, and design teams to drive collaboration and successful outcomes.
What You’ll Bring

5+ years of construction or prefabrication experience (industrial or high-tech project experience preferred).

Strong background in modular, prefabricated, or OSM construction.

OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).

Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, etc.) and the ability to interpret 2D/3D drawings.
Compensation & Perks

Salary: $109K – $179K (DOE)

Bonuses: 2 annual bonuses (Individual + Company) + Stock Appreciation Units (SAU)

Per Diem: $160/day (non-taxable, starts once onsite)
