Miller Subaru is looking to add a Technology Features and Delivery Specialist to our dealership team in Lumberton, NJ! This position is customer-facing providing support with vehicle features after a sale is complete. The Specialist will collaborate with sales service and customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction is achieved.
Requirements
You Will:
- Answer customers questions regarding technology in the showroom and on the service drive
- Assist new owners in personalizing their Subaru technology settings
- Prepare and inspect the new vehicle for delivery
- Provide excellent customer service to every customer every day
- Work with the sales and service teams to find solutions to customer issues
- Complete trainings to develop a deep understanding of the Subaru vehicles and features
- Develop ongoing relationships with customers to ensure continued satisfaction
- Assist with Subaru Love Promise events
You Have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn and understand technology
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- An interest in growth opportunities within a family oriented culture
- High School diploma or higher education
- Strong organizational skills
- Focus on providing excellent customer service skills
