Competitive Pay - Our Country Club Cooks make $20.00 - $21.00/hour.

Founded in 1899, Austin Country Club is one of Texas's oldest clubs and the home of renowned golf instructor Harvey Penick. As a private, family-oriented club rich in tradition, we pride ourselves on high-quality membership and exceptional customer service. WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR COUNTRY CLUB COOK
We're looking for someone to work 7- to 8-hour shifts and who can work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Here are the minimum requirements:
- 3+ years of cooking experience
- Ability to perform all basic and intermediate cooking tasks
- Ability to work multiple kitchen stations
- Ability to coordinate with your kitchen team
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods and lift 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills
- Clean, presentable appearance and professional attitude
- Passion for the industry
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Correctly and efficiently preparing world-class cuisine for members
- Setting up equipment and working on multiple stations throughout food service
- Preparing the kitchen for service, cleaning equipment, and breaking down stations after service
- Assisting with events as needed
- Participating in required meetings and training
- Continually learning more and expanding your food and beverage knowledge
- Completing additional duties as assigned
