Accounts Receivable Clerk
LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a client in the Loveland Ohio area. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in AR and have intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. This position will pay between $17 and $20/hr.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue invoices to customers for sales, service, and parts transactions.

Record and process customer payments, including cash, checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers.

Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, contacting customers to arrange payment plans or resolve disputes.

Reconcile customer accounts, ensuring all payments are accurately applied and discrepancies are resolved.

Generate and analyze accounts receivable reports, providing insights to management on outstanding balances and collection efforts.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and account status, providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships.

Ensure all accounts receivable activities comply with dealership policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Work closely with the sales, service, and parts departments to ensure accurate and timely billing and collections.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
