Job Description:
New Tech Global is currently seeking Manufacturing Maintenance Technicians for a manufacturing client in Pasadena, TX. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair manufacturing and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on automated production equipment
• Communicate with production and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities
• Complete projects to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs
• Follow all safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
• Assist with plant improvements and expansion projects
• Utilize CMMS to track work orders, maintenance activities, and spare parts

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience working on automated production equipment preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent bending, stooping, and physical activity
• Comfortable working in non-climate controlled environments
• Strong manual dexterity for handling tools and small parts

Work Environment:

• Non-climate controlled manufacturing facility
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts and high noise levels
• Required use of PPE (steel-toe boots, safety glasses, gloves, ear protection)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Welding experience
• Forklift operation experience
• Electrical experience
• Crane operation experience
• PLC knowledge
