Job DescriptionAs a Brand Specialist, you will support marketing project management across the organization. You will develop messaging, content and creative support that promotes services for Ross & Yerger in campaigns, websites, social media and other channels as identified. This position will also provide daily support to the sales and marketing teams. Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities as opportunities are identified is a must. In addition, the Marketing Specialist will collaborate with other marketing team members and leaders to develop creative content.
- Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, newsletters or digital campaigns, and events
- Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
- Manage the company website and make updates as needed
- Create video/podcast series for Youtube and all social media channels
- Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
- Collaborate with marketing team to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies
- Create goals and objectives in order to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels
- Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs as needed
- Setup and assist internal and outside meetings and seminars
- Order professional headshots of new employees
- Update office video boards bi-monthly for internal communications
- Create monthly office calendar and send to organization
- Relieve switchboard operator when needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as, Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot), and content management systems
- Preferred to have experience with Wix and Canva
- Familiar with social media marketing best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure with multiple people at the same time
- May be asked to come in early and/or stay late on occasion to help with various projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
