We have an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper to join a fast-paced, high-volume organization on a contract basis, with the potential to convert to a permanent, full-time role. This is a great chance to step into a leadership-level position where you'll own the daily accounting operations for a company generating over $15M annually. You'll be working directly with senior leadership and decision makers, ensuring the books remain clean, accurate, and audit-ready.
This Bookkeeper will be responsible for:

Leading full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) including vendor invoices, billing entries, payments, and vendor communications.

Overseeing Accounts Receivable (AR) functions such as generating invoices, applying payments, and following up on outstanding balances.

Executing monthly close, including credit card reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet review across 100+ accounts.

Posting into the General Ledger, ensuring accuracy of financial statements, and supporting executive reporting.

Preparing weekly cash flow forecasts, maintaining purchase order tracking, and driving financial reporting.

Organizing financial records for audits and ensuring compliance standards are met.

Potential involvement in payroll depending on organizational needs.
In short, this is a hands-on Bookkeeper role where you'll take ownership of the daily accounting function-driving accuracy, consistency, and accountability across all financial areas.
Qualifications:

QuickBooks experience required (QuickBooks Online preferably but also open to QuickBooks desktop)
- Ability to own all the daily accounting for large company.
Nice to Have:

Manufacturing or e-commerce accounting background.

Degree in Accounting or Finance
