What you'll do:
- Lead and mentor a field team of clinicians, ensuring they have the support and resources they need to excel.
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to your team.
- Collaborate with other leaders to uphold and enhance our high standards of patient care.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including those related to Medicaid
What you'll bring:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a home health care or similar clinical setting.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Proven leadership experience managing and overseeing clinical teams.
- A strong understanding of OASIS EMR.
- In-depth knowledge of Medicaid regulations and guidelines.
- A passion for people-first care and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
