Join Our Artisan Bakery Team
We are seeking a passionate, skilled baker with experience in both artisan bread and laminated doughs. We specialize in sourdough hearth breads, focaccia, brioche, and classic viennoiserie like croissants - and we're looking for someone who takes pride in every batch they touch.
Responsibilities Include:
- Mixing, shaping, and baking sourdough hearth breads
- Preparing focaccia and enriched doughs like brioche
- Laminating dough and producing croissants and other viennoiserie
- Managing fermentation, proofing, and oven timing
- Maintaining a clean and efficient production space
- Collaborating on production planning and quality control
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional baking experience
- Strong foundation in sourdough and fermentation techniques
- Proficient in lamination and croissant production
Knowledge of dough hydration, temperature control, and shaping
Must be flexible with hours and available to work overnight/early morning shifts
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player
