What Youll Do
This is a sales and relationship-driven role focused on introducing new members to the Orangetheory experience and helping our studio grow.
- Connect with every guest and member who enters the studio with energy, confidence, and a passion for fitness
- Lead engaging introductions (intros) that educate prospective members on the Orangetheory workout and its results
- Conduct studio tours and deliver a consultative experience that helps prospects understand how Orangetheory fits their goals
- Guide first-time guests through their initial experience, partnering with coaches to ensure a welcoming and motivating first workout
- Drive membership sales by converting leads into committed members of the Orangetheory community=
- Follow up with prospects and past guests through calls, texts, and email to build relationships and close sales
- Support local marketing and community outreach efforts to generate new leads and partnerships
- Maintain a professional and organized studio environment that reflects the Orangetheory brand
