Must be a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB or hold Nuclear Medicine certification ARRT(N) and have a minimium of 1+ years Nuclear Medicine experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Nuclear Medicine Technologist specializing in PET/CT imaging. This role offers a flexible 40-hour workweek with a 5x8 schedule, designed to provide work-life balance while delivering critical imaging services.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Nuclear Medicine imaging procedures with a focus on PET/CT technology
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with safety protocols
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring accurate and quality diagnostic results
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to support patient care and diagnostic accuracy
- Adhere to regulatory standards and maintain detailed patient and procedure records
Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State Nuclear Medicine Technologist license is required
- Proven experience in Nuclear Medicine, specifically PET/CT imaging
- Strong understanding of radiation safety and quality assurance procedures
- Excellent munication skills and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule effectively
