Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care to residents

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Support mobility, comfort, and safety needs

• Observe and document resident conditions

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff

• Promote dignity, respect, and person-centered care

Requirements

• Current CNA certification in Minnesota

• Ability to work as part of a compassionate, mission-focused team
