Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into an impactful contract opportunity supporting early learners! This role is tailored for School Psychologists with a passion for helping young children thrive in an educational setting. Beginning at the start of the school year and continuing through early December, you’ll work three days a week, primarily focusing on evaluations and collaborating within a strong MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Support) framework.
As you partner closely with early learning teams, your expertise will be instrumental in shaping individualized plans and providing key support to students, teachers, and families. Your role will help build a positive, inclusive academic environment and contribute to student growth from the very start of their educational journeys.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) School Psychologist License (required)
- Experience or a strong interest in early learning initiatives
- Previous work with educational evaluations and MTSS support structures
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for early learners as part of the assessment team
- Provide guidance and targeted support within MTSS interventions
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop supportive strategies tailored to student needs
- Identify and recommend evidence-based practices to foster student success
- Maintain clear documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines
