Smith Johnson Group is seeking a PART-TIME Human Resource Generalist to work in their corporate office in Sandy Utah.
This individual will have responsibility in functional areas, such as staffing, employee relations, benefits, training, and employment. This role carries out administrative work involving the human resources functions and maintains related records; develops and improves policies, programs, and procedures to improve the effectiveness of HR and Operations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
A minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred.
Experience with Rippling software application is REQUIRED
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel) or related software.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Understanding of visa work regulations, a plus.
Compensation:
Compensation depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
