Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturer (appliance industry) to recruit and hire a Product Reliability Manager in Nashville, TN.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Serve as a subject matter expert for product reliability

Drive improvements in product durability, performance, and longevity

Lead and develop reliability testing (accelerated life testing, stress testing, environmental testing) to ensure products meet reliability standards

Analyze field and test data to predict future product behavior and potential failures
-
Evaluate warranty data to identify and address reliability issues
-
Conduct FMEA and root cause analysis to prevent failure
-
Manage project plans, resources, and budgets to ensure successful product launches
-
Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to 2-5 direct reports
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering field.

8+ years in reliability engineering, with leadership experience.

Strong experience with FMEA and reliability testing

Expertise in interpreting and applying simulation and test results
-
Appliance manufacturing experience preferred
-
Reliability engineering certification (e.g., CRE) is a plus
Our client offers:

Base salary in the $120,000-130,000 range

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
