Project Manager – Civil / Sitework / Concrete
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Employment Type: Full-Time (In-Office / Hybrid Flexibility)
Compensation: $95,000–$120,000 DOE + Paid Insurance + Vehicle or Allowance + Performance

Position Summary
The Project Manager (Civil / Concrete) will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and
execution of multiple site and concrete projects. You will oversee project schedules, budgets,
procurement, and profitability, while collaborating closely with our field, estimating, and
management teams.
This position begins primarily in-office for onboarding and integration with company systems,
with flexibility for hybrid scheduling as trust and performance are established.
Key Responsibilities
Project Operations Management
• Oversee multiple civil, site, and concrete projects from start to finish.
• Manage scheduling, procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change orders through Procore,
Autodesk, and Clearstory.
• Lead weekly operations meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and estimates to confirm project scope and cost
accuracy.
• Run project profit tracking, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement solutions.
• Support and enforce safety programs across all job sites.
• Coordinate with superintendents, estimators, and subcontractors to maintain progress and
quality standards.
Strategic Financial Oversight
• Monitor project budgets, cost reports, and production metrics.
• Collaborate with estimating and ownership teams to increase job profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and margin performance.
• Participate in company growth initiatives and strategic planning.
Client Team Relations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Attend pull planning and coordination meetings for schedule integration.
• Represent TFR at networking events and build long-term client relationships.
• Work hand-in-hand with the ownership team, estimator, office manager, and field leadership.
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in civil, site, or concrete construction project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects ranging from $250K–$3M+.
• Strong working knowledge of Procore, Autodesk, and related construction software.
• Advanced ability to read and interpret plans, estimates, and contracts.
• Understanding of site development, utilities, grading, excavation, and concrete work.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience editing and reviewing contracts and managing safety programs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally between job sites.

• Base Salary: $95,000–$120,000 (commensurate with experience)
