PRIMARY CARE with WORK LIFE BALANCE

PHYSICIAN ROLE OVERVIEW
• Average 16-22 patients a day

• Work-life balance with 4-day work weeks
• Option for 5 days if preferred
• Clinic Hours M-F 8a-5p
• Clinic has support staff & other providers
• No hospital rotation
• Call: 2-3 weeks out of the year

PACKAGE
• $250k base salary plus productivity
• Improve to production model @ 18 months – Average earnings at plan $400k/year
• Malpractice, Medical, dental & vision insurance
• Retirement plan – 403(b) with employer match
• Up to $10,000 in relocation expenses
• PTO 4 weeks plus holidays more after 18 months
• CME leave (1 week/year) & CME allowance ($6k/year)
• Education loan repayment, up to $20k annually

SKILLS
• Board Certified /Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• License in VT
