Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Pharmacist based in Pocatello, ID with possibility of remote opportunities. We are looking for 20-40 hours of availability a week or prn for the right fit. The Staff Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, compounding prescriptions, and providing patient counseling. Additionally, the pharmacist will monitor patient medication therapy, collaborate with healthcare providers, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The role also includes managing inventory, supervising pharmacy technicians and interns, contributing to SOP development, implementing workflow improvements, and maintaining accurate records. This role is required to uphold a culture of compassion, respect, and patient-centered care.

Inclusive Care Clinic Pharmacy (ICCP) was founded by a mother-daughter team with the mission to increase healthcare accessibility for women and LGBT+ individuals in their community. ICCP provides comprehensive medical support through its pharmacist-led clinic and operates a dispensing pharmacy with a full compounding suite. Our goal is to offer inclusive, compassionate, and high-quality healthcare services to underserved populations while advancing the profession of pharmacy.
Qualifications
- Experience with dispensing medications and compounding prescriptions
- Ability to provide patient counseling and monitor medication therapy
- Strong collaboration skills with healthcare providers and understanding of regulatory compliance
- Proficient in inventory management and supervising pharmacy technicians and interns
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Licensed pharmacist in the State of Idaho Required
- Experience in a community or clinical pharmacy setting is a plus
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent
- Interest in prescribing medications in our clinic could increase job opportunities with ICCP
