This is a remote position.
We are a Real Estate company looking for remote motivated, career driven, dedicated candidates to be part of our team. Our aim is to provide excellent customer service to our clients, to ensure client’s satisfaction is met. We are looking for qualified candidates for the following position. Our success is based on exceeding the highest level of customer service. This goal can be achieved by effective communications with the clients and always responding to emails, and answering calls. This is a full-time work from home job.
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic and accurate information via phone/email
- Process and apply customer payments to invoices and transactions
- Be the initial point-of-contact for calls from existing and prospective clients
- Ensure a seamless, complete and effective process of contract verification for all prospective clients
- You’ll bring a high level of enthusiasm to ensure existing clients have the support they nee
- As a customer Service Rep, you’ll ensure customers receive a hire level of care and attention. You’ll problem-solve and take ownership of each customer request
RequirementsRequirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills with ability to prioritize effectively
