Inbound Call Center Representative Full-Time

Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work in a high‑volume inbound call center supporting patients, providers, and internal teams.
Primary Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls (50–100+ per day depending on complexity)
- Make occasional follow‑up outbound calls
- Answer questions related to prior authorization, general inquiries, and confidential medical information
- Deliver exceptional service with empathy and professionalism
- Accurately enter and update detailed information
- Use multiple software systems to track and document calls
- Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
- Quality and accuracy metrics will be key performance measures
Required Skills
& Qualifications
Experience
- 1 year of high‑volume call center experience within the past 2–3 years
Technical Skills
- Typing minimum 30 WPM
- Strong computer navigation skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems
Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Professional, patient, and empathetic demeanor
- Reliable, consistent attendance
Schedule
Requirements
- Must be available 7 days a week between 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- You will receive a set schedule within those hours after training (example: 8am-5pm Tuesday-Saturday)
Training Details
- 4 weeks of paid onsite training
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
