Our organization is actively seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to conduct a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions in Seattle, Washington. This position offers a $12,500 ramp stipend for clinicians who can commit to 25 or more hours of availability each week.

What We Seek
We are looking for independently licensed clinicians in Washington who are eager to make a positive impact and grow alongside us. We particularly welcome:

  • Providers willing to conduct 25 or more sessions weekly

  • Generalists in behavioral health

  • Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while also valuing teamwork

  • Individuals interested in clinical leadership or supervisory positions

  • Strong character is essential — we prioritize integrity, transparency, and a dedication to quality care


Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted LICSW license in Washington

  • Must reside in and hold a license for the state where services are rendered


Compensation:
Compensation can reach up to $112,200, depending on licensure type/level, session volume, and available bonuses.
