This opportunity for a Registered Nurse is a Full-Time position within our Medical Surgical III Unit, featuring a convenient day shift schedule. We seek a proactive Medical Surgical Nurse (RN) dedicated to delivering safe and compassionate care in a medical/surgical setting. The principles of Patient-Centered Care will underpin all nursing activities, while consistently demonstrating Service Excellence standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Engage with patients and their families to address psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diverse needs during care assessments.
Develop and execute care plans utilizing nursing expertise, integrating both direct and indirect patient care activities related to diagnoses and co-morbidities.
Oversee the execution of the interdisciplinary care plan for assigned patients, establishing goals, treatment strategies, and discharge plans tailored to individual patient and family requirements.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Graduate from an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
Valid nursing license in Nevada.
Current BLS certification.
Preferred: One year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care environment.
