This opportunity for a Registered Nurse is a Full-Time position within our Medical Surgical III Unit, featuring a convenient day shift schedule. We seek a proactive Medical Surgical Nurse (RN) dedicated to delivering safe and compassionate care in a medical/surgical setting. The principles of Patient-Centered Care will underpin all nursing activities, while consistently demonstrating Service Excellence standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage with patients and their families to address psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diverse needs during care assessments.
- Develop and execute care plans utilizing nursing expertise, integrating both direct and indirect patient care activities related to diagnoses and co-morbidities.
- Oversee the execution of the interdisciplinary care plan for assigned patients, establishing goals, treatment strategies, and discharge plans tailored to individual patient and family requirements.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- Valid nursing license in Nevada.
- Current BLS certification.
- Preferred: One year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care environment.
