Are you passionate about helping young people grow, thrive, and reach their full potential? At Community Service Foundation (CSF) and Buxmont Academy, we're looking for a full-time Counselor who wants to make a real difference in the lives of students - every single day.

This position is based at our Feasterville, PA campus, one of six small, supportive campuses across Southeastern Pennsylvania. Here, our team of educators and counselors work collaboratively to support students through restorative practices, a relationship-focused approach to education and personal growth.

Salary starts at $34,500 a year. What You'll Do:

Foster a positive, respectful school culture rooted in restorative practices and social emotional learning
Support students through behavioral interventions and individual guidance
Facilitate restorative circles, group sessions, and learning activities
Maintain required documentation and progress reports

What We're Looking For:

Education: Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related human services field
Experience: Background in behavioral support and working with adolescents

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A calm, professional presence in challenging situations
Ability to collaborate as part of a team and work independently
Familiarity with restorative practices is a plus (training available)
