Installation Technician

Were looking for a dependable, detail-driven Installation Technician who takes pride in craftsmanship and wants a role with variety, responsibility, and growth.
What youll Be Doing
No two days are the same. Work both independently and alongside a skilled team. Occasional overnighters.
- Mount and install a wide range of signage (channel letters, monument signs, vinyl graphics & more)
- Load, transport, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Conduct site surveys and gather accurate field measurements
- Work on ladders, lifts, and at varying heights
- Perform digging and installation prep as needed
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Represent our company professionally when interacting with customers and contractors
- Participate in occasional overnight installations
Youll receive hands-on training in our installation techniques and sign systems so you can build confidence quickly.
What Were Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort using power tools
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude with customers and coworkers

$20$25 a per hour (based on experience)
