Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Perform account reconciliation to verify the accuracy of financial records and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage invoice processing, including reviewing and validating invoices for correctness.
• Handle billing activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Enter financial data into accounting systems with precision and attention to detail.
• Utilize accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to maintain and track financial records.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline financial workflows and improve efficiency.
• Generate reports and summaries using Microsoft Excel to support decision-making processes.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for audit purposes.
• Assist with other accounting duties as needed to support the department.• Proven experience in account reconciliation and managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Proficiency in billing processes and invoice processing.
• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
