Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide services in a K-12 school setting in White Rock, NM. This position is a contract role lasting from August 4, 2025, through May 29, 2026 (tentative). The ideal candidate will support students' developmental and educational progress through specialized OT interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels.
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.
• Assist in assessing student progress and adjusting therapy plans accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Valid and active New Mexico state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience working within a school-based OT environment.
• Strong knowledge of IEP writing and compliance requirements.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to supporting childrens educational and developmental goals.
