Manager, Outpatient Nursing Services

As the Manager of Outpatient Nursing Services, you’ll lead a diverse range of programs including Infusion Therapy, Wound Care, GI/Endoscopy, and Ambulatory Services. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure safe, efficient care while championing innovation, quality, and collaboration across the care team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead clinical operations to deliver safe, patient-centered care
- Mentor and support staff, fostering teamwork and professional growth
- Partner with leadership to expand services and enhance patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations
- Manage budgets, resources, and contribute to strategic planning
- Serve in the Administrator on Call rotation
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN or related Bachelor’s required
- Current RN license with BLS/ACLS (specialty certification preferred)
- 5+ years of clinical experience in a related specialty
- 3+ years of nursing leadership experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
