Graphic Designer
Austin, TX | Onsite | Contract-to-Hire
Robert Half is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join one of our growing healthcare clients in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will partner with the internal marketing team to support the design, development, and production of creative assets across multiple campaigns and channels. This role is ideal for a designer who is passionate about translating brand messaging into clear, compelling visuals that resonate with the Austin-metro community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop visually engaging designs for digital and print media, including brochures, advertisements, and branding materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines.
- Create innovative concepts and layouts using Adobe Creative Cloud tools, such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms and formats, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and project requirements.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions to enhance overall design strategies.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all deliverables.
- Coordinate with external vendors (printers, media partners, agencies) to ensure quality production and on-time delivery.
- Prepare and deliver final design files in required formats.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of professional design experience (healthcare industry a plus).
- Digital portfolio showcasing ability to design graphics across a variety of traditional and digital channels.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and related software.
- Expertise in designing for various formats, including brochures, digital assets, and branding materials.
- Ability to work within established brand standards while contributing fresh, innovative ideas.
- Experience with video editing or motion graphics (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams and interpreting project requirements.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality designs.
- Familiarity with current design trends and technologies.
