We are looking for a detail-oriented PART TIME (5 hours a day Mon-Fri) Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Princeton, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The role involves working collaboratively to ensure smooth administrative workflows and maintaining a high standard in all interactions. This role is in office.
Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating office activities.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring prompt and attentive communication.
• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy to maintain updated records and documentation.
• Handle receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and managing inquiries.
• Prepare and process expense reports and reimbursement requests in a timely manner.
• Utilize Microsoft SharePoint to organize and share documents effectively.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed.
• Assist in creating and formatting documents for presentations and reports.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of administrative tasks.
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with expense reporting and reimbursement processes.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
