Location: Valencia, CA

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to become a vital member of our inpatient hospital team located in Valencia, CA.

Our organization is a 357-bed, not-for-profit community hospital and trauma center, renowned for our esteemed cancer program, advanced primary stroke center, spine and joint program, and an acute rehabilitation unit that aids individuals in regaining their independence. We also offer expanding cardiovascular services, outpatient wound care, attentive physical and occupational therapies, and a comprehensive array of inpatient and outpatient surgical services. In this role, you will provide direct patient care and assist in rehabilitation activities.

About Us:

Our organization is part of a network of physical and occupational therapy companies that are revolutionizing the industry with innovative career development paths. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional treatment under the supervision of a Physical Therapist in an outpatient environment.
  • Assist patients in achieving functional goals through evidence-based practices.
  • Foster strong relationships with patients to enhance their care experience.
  • Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $33 - $40 per hour, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
