Key Responsibilities
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Perform detailed material and labor takeoffs
- Develop accurate cost estimates for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects
Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination
- Solicit and evaluate quotes from suppliers and specialty subcontractors
- Compare pricing and scope inclusions
