Job Summary: The Mailroom Clerk will assist with printing, collating, and preparing documents for binders and folders. The role also includes transporting cardboard to the recycling area and supporting general document handling tasks. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and possess strong computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Print and collate documents for binders, folders, and other organizational needs.
- Utilize printers and computers to complete daily printing tasks.
- Manage and transport cardboard to the recycling area.
- Perform general document handling and preparation tasks.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area.
- Follow all Hendricks Regional Health Hospital compliance requirements.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF tools.
- Experience operating printers and document handling equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform walking and standing tasks throughout the day.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions accurately.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Ricoh printers and related equipment.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or hospital environment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
