Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Winston-Salem, NC 27101
Duration: 18 Months Contract
Pay Range: $20.50/hr
Job Description:
- Review, verify, and process loan packages and supporting documentation with high accuracy
- Provide professional customer and dealer support through timely phone communication
- Attach, track, and resolve incomplete or discrepant loan files
- Work in a fast paced environment requiring strong attention to detail and time management
- Collaborate with team members while handling tasks independently and efficiently
