OPPORTUNITY
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately and efficiently routing incoming calls and greeting visitors in a professional manner.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and route incoming calls. Accurately record messages, as necessary, and distribute them in an efficient manner to the proper departments.
- Ensure compliance of Corporate Visitor Policy.
- Maintain the Plant Access Card program; ensuring all employees and visitors are equipped with and understand the operation of the security system.
- Open incoming mail daily. Date stamp and distribute to the proper departments.
- Responsible for processing and Maximo payables.
- Files all production worksheets on a daily basis.
- Distribute correspondence that is received via fax machine.
- Responsible for logging, tracking; and filing branch employees training records and contractors /visitors.
- Uphold Hydrite's Standard of Excellence through a continuous commitment to maintain quality facilities and provide quality products and services to internal and external customers
- Perform all duties outlined in relevant SOPs and all other duties to be assigned.
- Participate in RCRA, regulatory, health & safety and process training activities as required. Review changes/additions with your supervisor. Must be RCRA compliant.
- Regular attendance is essential.
- Timely completion of tasks.
- Personal and team interactions required.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist other departments on day-to-day tasks, when needed.
- Arrange and organize branch luncheons when requested.
- Order office supplies/forms and maintain inventory in supply room.
- Assist departments with HR functions as it relates to new and prospective employees.
- Works with other staff members to maintain workload balances. Provides back-up support as necessary.
- Supports effective communication with all Hydrite departments where responsibilities overlap to ensure success of the branch team.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
- This position reports to the Office Manager
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL CRITERIA
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Power Point, Word, and Excel required
- Must have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Able to stand for a minimum for one hour at a time.
- Able to sit for periods up to four hours at a time.
