You will work with patients recovering from illness or injury, helping them move better, feel better, and remain active under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications
\n
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active California PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience or comfort working in a skilled nursing / post-acute care setting preferred.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records. Experience with Net Health and PCC is preferred.
- Ability to meet productivity expectations (client goal ~85% productivity).
- Willingness to sub or provide a resume for credentialing as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
\n
- Prior experience in-house within a SNF or PAC setting.
- Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in post-acute care.
- Flexibility to extend or redeploy to other post-acute care locations is preferred.

Assignment Details
\n
- Coverage to accommodate a PT paternity leave; start date is flexible around early September.
- Facility size: approximately 86 beds.
- EMR systems used: Net Health and PCC.
