Counter-Form LLC is seeking a Laminate Production Worker
Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Work Schedule:Schedule will vary based on workload; Full-time with overtime.
First Shift: Monday thru Friday starting at 6:30am (No Weekends!)

What you will do:
The Laminate Production Worker is responsible for preparing laminate and core materials in accordance with work orders and production schedules. This includes cutting, sorting, and organizing materials, as well as collaborating with purchasing and shipping departments to ensure quality and inventory accuracy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to prepare raw materials (primarily laminate and core).
- Read and interpret work orders accurately.
- Operate a table saw safely to cut laminate to specified dimensions.
- Organize and sort laminate from skids and store in appropriate locations.
- Sort and organize caps and bands per order lists.
- Manually roll laminate for shipment or storage in other departments.
- Coordinate with the Purchasing Department regarding non-stock laminate to ensure quality and inventory accuracy.
- Physically move and stack stock-core materials (8–12 feet in length).
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment through regular housekeeping.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need:
- Able to read various measurements on paperwork and tape measure.
- Required to wear the necessary protective equipment; to include safety glasses and earplugs.
- Must understand and follow safety policies and procedures when in the facility to prevent accidents.
- Previous Manufacturing experience is a plus
- Must be able to read and write English
Typical physical demands
- Minor physical demands (<25% of job) are: Lift, push and pull items using hands and arms.
- Requires good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity, sufficient to grab, lift, carry, operate hand, and power tools.
- Required physical demands (25% - 50% of job) are: Wrist and shoulder lifting movements, ability to grip and use Hand pressure roller, good near vision and depth perception for use of hand tools and quality control, ability to identify and distinguish colors, and ability to adjust focus.
- Major (>50% of job) physical demands of this job are: Standing, walking, lift and carry, grip and handle (to 75 lbs), Constant noise levels of 68 – 78 dba
