Job Title: Welder - Day Shift

Job Description

  • Join a dynamic job shop that specializes in producing metal parts for a diverse range of industries.
  • As a welder/fitter, you will work primarily with mild steel projects, utilizing your expertise in MIG welding with .035 wire to produce both high-volume and custom one-off parts.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints to guide welding and fabrication tasks.
  • Perform MIG welding in all positions with a focus on precision and quality.
  • Handle and process materials as necessary during fabrication.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in MIG welding techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
  • Experience working with mild steel and conducting fabrication tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with TIG welding is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Flux core welding is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
