Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

The position offers a full-time, 40-hour per week schedule within a West Columbia, TX school setting, providing stability throughout the academic year.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC or CFY
- Experience working with K-12 student populations
- Strong understanding of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for speech and language disorders
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and educators
- Ability to deliver services onsite within the school environment
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Monitor and document student progress regularly
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student success
- Participate in staff meetings and training as required
