Job Summary
Ark Resource Group is assisting one of our verified partners in hiring an experienced HVAC Technician to support residential and commercial service operations across Broward County. This role is ideal for a skilled technician seeking flexible hours with the opportunity to transition into a full-time, long-term position.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose system issues and perform efficient troubleshooting
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and HVAC regulations
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding service updates
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner
Schedule
- Part-time hours to start
- Schedule may vary based on operational demand
- Opportunity to transition into full-time based on performance and business needs
Minimum Requirements
- HVAC certification and EPA compliance required
- Experience with residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Compensation
- $23.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience)
