Pay Package

• $57 per hour
• $85.50 per hour overtime
• $88.15 combined taxed and untaxed hourly rate
• $3,526 gross weekly (based on 40 hours)
• $500 travel allowance

Contract Term

• Base Period: 10/01/2025 – 09/30/2026
• Option Period: 10/01/2026 – 09/30/2027

Duties

• Provide emergency nursing care to adult and pediatric patients
• Apply nursing process for individualized, goal-oriented care
• Recognize complications and perform interventions
• Administer medications, monitor responses, and manage reactions
• Interpret diagnostic results and deliver appropriate nursing care
• Work with healthcare team members, patients, and families
• Provide care during inter-facility transports when required
• Document care in EHR/RPMS systems
• Follow facility, Joint Commission, OSHA, and IHS standards

Qualifications

• 36+ months RN experience, with 24+ months in Emergency Department
• Current, unrestricted RN license (any U.S. state, D.C., Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory)
• Valid driver’s license if transport duties are required
• Active certifications:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Newborn Life Support (NLS)
  • Advanced Trauma Care Nurse (ATCN) or Trauma Nurse Critical Care (TNCC)
