The General Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations by managing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring safety compliance. This position involves daily overtime and requires proficiency with both manual and automated inventory management tools, including handheld scanning devices, to support seamless order fulfillment and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control and conduct quality inspections
• Handle shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment tasks
• Load and unload materials efficiently and safely
• Operate forklifts for material movement
• Stock shelves and organize warehouse layout
• Maintain safety compliance throughout warehouse operations

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Skilled in forklift operation
• Knowledge of inventory management and shipping/receiving
• Adherence to safety regulations
• Strong physical stamina and attention to detail
• Effective teamwork and time management skills
