Remote position with one day per week in office required
Responsibilities:
- Communicate and coordinate with venues prior to events
- Ensure compliance with event/venue requirements
- Communicate and coordinate with outside vendors for events
- Maintain event details on company software programs
- Field customer questions
- Assist clients and personnel with needs before, during, and after events
- Oversee all planning activities for assigned events to ensure completion
- Assist with placing labor calls
- Assist with calculating and preparing budgets for events, as needed
- Other general office duties as needed

- Previous experience in event planning or other related fields a plus
- Knowledge of trade-show industry a plus
- Knowledge of Adobe programs (Acrobat, Illustrator) a plus
