Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Urbancrest, OH

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in Urbancrest, Ohio. In this role, you will provide essential speech and language services to help students strengthen communication skills, achieve academic success, and thrive in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication needs

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student goals

• Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress

• Document student performance and maintain compliance with district and state requirements

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Speech-Language Pathologist license required

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• School-based experience preferred, but not required

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Commitment to supporting student growth and success
