Buckner Vein and Aesthetics is looking for an experienced, friendly and passionate Aesthetic Nurse to join our team in our Eldersburg, Maryland office. This role is perfect for a licensed healthcare professional with previous Med Spa experience who is passionate about enhancing patient confidence through aesthetic treatments. We are heavily device oriented and have many aesthetic treatments and lasers.
Must have at least 2 years of injectable and laser experience with interest and eagerness to learn and perform other non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess patients' needs, educate them on available treatments, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Injectable treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic enhancements, ensuring precision and safety.
- Safely and expertly perform laser and aesthetic device treatments.
- Assist our physician with Bodytite and QuantumRF procedures
- Educate patients about pre- and post-treatment care, expected outcomes, and potential side effects, ensuring informed consent. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting treatment details, progress, and adverse reactions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent patient care.
Keen attention to detail, infection control practices, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and sterile environment during procedures
Hours: Part time - *with the opportunity to transition to full time if desired and if the schedule permits. 2 - 3 days per week from our scheduled hours below -
Monday 9:30a - 5:30p
Tuesday 9:30a - 7:00p
Wednesday 9:30a - 7:00p
Thursday 9:30a - 5:30p
