Job DescriptionAdministrative Assistant
Type: Temp, 1-3 months
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm - fully onsite
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar and possible travel scheduling, including but not limited to prioritizing, scheduling, planning, organizing internal and external meetings, and resolving schedule conflicts on a timely basis.
- Produce timely, accurate, and consistent letters, minutes, memos, and agendas.
- Create high-quality presentations for meetings and arrange meeting material prep, room set-up, and restoration as needed.
- Provide administrative backup as necessary for the EAs and front desk coverage (lunch and PTO) and take directions from other Executive Leaders as appropriate.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Three to five years of experience as a high-level Administrative Associate with excellent customer service skills.
- High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent proficiency with large document creation and management, spreadsheets, and presentations in MS Office, and Salesforce (styles, formulas, macros, pivot tables).
- Excellent skills with Adobe Suite presentation and graphic management.
- Digital competency, including demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft (MS) 365 tools, including MS Office, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Experience and facility with Zoom Meeting, Zoom Phone administration (or similar platforms), and other workplace tools.
